Ian Cooper from the Myositis Discovery Programme discusses exercise for those with Myositis and shares TheraPutty exercise study.

This study analysed the acceptability, tolerability and efficacy of an at-home TheraPutty® hand exercise intervention on grip strength and function in adults with IBM.
